NBA veteran Earl Watson filed for divorce from his wife Jennifer Freeman — claiming the “My Wife and Kids” actress attacked him in a late night rage … and savagely bit him on the chest until he bled.

According to legal papers filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Watson claims things got bad on August 1st … when Jennifer received a suspicious text message at 11PM and Earl decided to check her phone.

Watson — who played with the Indiana Pacers last season — claims his wife was furious that he took the phone and reacted by hitting him “forcefully twice in the face with her right open hand.”

Watson claims Jennifer then “grabbed my right wrist and bit … breaking the skin, leaving teeth marks and drawing blood.” Once she let go of the wrist, Watson claims she then chomped down on his chest … again drawing blood.

Earl claims Jennifer then tried to attack him with an iron — but he was able to knock it out of her hand.

Now, Earl wants a divorce ASAP — along with full custody of their 10-month-old daughter.

Calls to Freeman have not been returned.

UPDATE: Now how’s this for a change of heart… We just got a call from Watson’s lawyer, William Briggs, who tells us his client plans to withdraw his divorce petition tomorrow and that he’s reconciled with the wife who allegedly brutalized him. Briggs tells us, “The couple has reconciled their differences and plans to make their marriage work.”

I had the pleasure this past Sunday of Interviewing Terrell Carter, and my oh my this man is like the sexiest thing ever! LOL And he is such a sweetheart like he is so nice! Not only did I interview him he actually invited my job to his Album Release Party at the Victor Hotel last night. It was sooo fun! and this man can BLOW! like forreal! the only part i didn't like was when he tried to give his background singers some shine, and one of em was SOOO FLAT! it was horrible i felt bad for her, and it wasn't even me that was singing. Like i said he is so nice, annnddd i got to give him a hug too, before i left.

Like the title of this post says, I AM SOOOO NOT A PEOPLE PERSON! lol like i'm not friendly. But with my line of work, i am training myself to be more personable, it's a must if i plan to get far in this industry. Don't get me wrong, i'm not overly mean to random people. Okay, so last Saturday, i was on my way to the mall with my girls (Mary, & Shantel) right. And so Shantel was driving, had her ipod on full-blast, and this song came on by Musiq Soulchild, and i was like dang this song is HOT. You know how you first hear a song, and be like WOW this is dope you instantly like it? Well that's how it was for me when i heard this. My dumb butt thought the song was new. I went home to download it found out it came out in 2007! LMAO i was like wth? I notice that sometimes i catch on to good music really late. Musiq Soulchild is really under-rated like people really sleep on him, including myself. Anyway this is like my favorite song right now. LOL
